In November 2013 Wayne was admitted to practice law in Hawaii and he began working for the Business Law Center of Hawaii, choosing to seize the opportunity to work with and learn from Steve. Since admission to the Hawaii Bar, Wayne has also worked as a Legislative Attorney for the State of Hawaii House of Representatives.  Wayne currently serves as an Executive Director of the Hawaii Filipino Lawyers Association.

Out of the office, Wayne enjoys reading, hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family.  Wayne is also very interested in technology, and serves as Business Law Center's amateur computer technician/IT department.
